Questions

The questions people ask
before they start.

What the process looks like, what it costs, and what happens if you don't yet know where you want to go. If something here is still unclear, the discovery call is the place to ask it.

01How do I find someone to plan my trip for me?

Anima Adventures plans the trip in full. The process starts with one conversation about your situation: timing, who is coming, and what has made planning difficult before. From there Anima decides what kind of trip fits and builds it. You receive one complete proposal rather than a set of options to compare.

02What's the best way to plan a trip when I don't have time?

Hand the planning over before it starts. Most planning stalls because it asks for decisions before there is anything concrete to react to. Anima reverses that order: one conversation, then a finished proposal. The time it asks of you is the call itself, roughly 30 to 45 minutes, and your reaction to what comes back.

03I don't know where I want to go — can someone help me figure it out?

Not knowing the destination is the normal starting point. Anima treats the destination as the last question rather than the first. What comes first is the kind of trip your situation is asking for: open landscape, a city with its own logic, or a smaller geography with fewer decisions in it. The country follows from that.

04How does Anima's planning process work?

Four steps. One conversation about your situation, 30 to 45 minutes, with no preparation required beforehand. Anima then decides what kind of trip fits and builds it. Within 48 hours you receive one complete itinerary with the reasoning behind each decision. You react, Anima refines. Everything is confirmed and organized before you leave.

05What does Anima cost?

The discovery call is free and without commitment. If after that conversation you decide to move forward, the trip design has a service fee of $175 CAD. That covers the full planning process: orientation, itinerary design, and everything until you are ready to travel.

06Who is Anima Adventures for?

People with demanding schedules who have wanted to take a trip for months and have not been able to get it planned. The pattern is rarely indecision about travel itself. It is that planning competes with everything else on the calendar and loses. Anima is built for that situation.

07Do I need to know my destination before I contact Anima?

No. A rough timeframe, a sense of what kind of trip you are after, and how many people are travelling is enough to start. Anima takes it from there.

08How long does it take to get a trip proposal?

Within 48 hours of the discovery call. The proposal is one complete itinerary rather than a shortlist: where you are going, how long, what pace, and why each decision was made.

09Is the discovery call really free?

Yes. The call is free and carries no commitment. It exists so Anima can understand your situation before any planning begins. The service fee applies only if you decide to move forward after that conversation.

10What if I don't like the itinerary Anima proposes?

You react and Anima refines. The proposal is a starting position with the reasoning made visible, which is what makes it possible to say precisely what is wrong with it. Revision is part of the process rather than an exception to it.

Still deciding?
Start with the conversation.

A rough timeframe and a sense of what kind of trip you're after is enough. Anima takes it from there.
